The Team Leader Role

The team leader role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and focused individual to join a fast growing agile company. 

The team leader will provide guidance and leadership to a small team of project architects and report directly into the Head of Solution Delivery. The team leader will also work closely with customers and their agencies and assist them by defining and delivering email marketing solutions across a range of channels in an agile environment.

Day to day duties include:

+ Lead and manage a team of project architects in an agile way
+ Support project architects on both, technical and client needs
+ Handle all primary escalations and provide resolutions
+ Aid in evaluating team performance and use learning to improve the project delivery process
+ Ensure that QA processes are followed and projects are successfully delivered
+ Help planning and organising resources across the team to meet project deadlines and objectives
+ Define and implement technical solutions using Adobe campaign such as automated processes, custom programmes, subscriptions, API integrations, competitions, that fully meet the needs of our customers
+ Provide technical consultancy, support and training to both internal & external customers in order to deliver a wide range of customised solutions to our customers, e.g. multi-channel delivery, surveys and web applications 
+ Keep abreast of developments in the email marketing arena and to constantly look for new ways to deliver improved solutions to our customers’ problems

About You:

A minimum of three years’ experience and the following skills:

+ Experience managing a services team
+ Strong Project Management skills 
+ Ability to work under pressure and autonomously
+ Excellent interpersonal skills
+ Problem solving and attention to detail is critical
+ Email/Digital Marketing background
+ Hands on experience of using one of the major ESP platforms (e.g Adobe Campaign, ExactTarget, or Responsys)
+ Solid documentation and time management skills
+ Ability to multi-task, manage and prioritise multiple projects and clients
+ Enjoy working in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
