Our client has a new exciting opportunity for a bright, reliable and enthusiastic individual to come and join their team in South London as their new PA to the Directors. The successful candidate will join them on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary of £16,000 - £24,000 per annum.

The client is a highly successful software house in south London with an exceptional portfolio of clients engaged in building exciting, technical, custom-made software systems.
About the PA Role
Successful candidate will be working with the directors to support all departments within the company and will be responsible for providing full admin / PA support, such as;
- Helping the Directors with day-to-day business needs
- Supporting office admin duties when she is off and/or busy
- Ensure office is kept tidy and organised at all times
- Check consumable stock levels, place new orders and replenish when required
- Planning and organising events
- Print and package sales proposals and envelopes for sales letters
- Reading, monitoring and responding to email
- Organising travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
- Managing and reviewing filing and office systems
- Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative support.

- Flexibility and adaptability
- Advanced-level skills in Microsoft Word and at least an intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Mail
- Good with dogs, as our client has dogs in the office
- Excellent administrative and reception skills
- The ability to work on your own initiative and be equally comfortable working in a team
- Professional personal presentation
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent planning/organisational skills
- Hardworking with the ability to work under pressure in a busy office
- Degree in Business, Management or Admin related degree is a bonus
