About The Role
The company has a vacancy for an experienced Sales and Marketing Support Executive, based in our Chippenham office, to provide an integral role in the on-going development of the business. Reporting to the Head of Sales you will work with the sales team on a day to day basis to help refine and market our propositions and to assist in the lead generation and filtering process.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain sales and marketing collateral libraries
* Manage the development of new sales and marketing collateral by collaborating with subject matter experts
* Co-ordinate press releases / publication of promotional materials to industry publications
* Support opportunities for set-piece communication campaigns / events
* Co-ordinate technical and 3rd party input in lead generation campaigns
* Identify lead generation events / opportunities - evaluate and recommend
* Manage lead generation events: pre-event messages / networking, arranging meetings at events, material for the event, logistics for the event, post-event communications
* Review and evaluate incoming opportunities against agreed criteria
* Support administration of CRM and housekeeping of CRM data
* Perform background research into potential / existing customers
* Undertake customer satisfaction surveys

Essential skills:
* Highly organised with the ability to operate on multiple concurrent activities
* A flexible attitude, demonstrates a curiosity and passion for learning new things and an aptitude for applying newly learnt skills quickly
* Evidence of working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience of managing CRM systems
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral with confidence writing business copy
* Good understanding of basic online marketing principles
* Educated to degree level
* Good computer and keyboard skills and proficient in MS Office
* Confident speaking with individuals at all levels of seniority
* Awareness of, and interest in, information technology and systems
