Assessor - Retail / Business Administration

We are looking for a full time Retail / Business Administration Assessor to join our existing assessment team in our reputable, global organisation in Durham.

An Assessors award is desirable but we are happy to train those who show occupational competence in their field of expertise.  If you are a Team / Training Manager and would like the chance to train and work as an assessor, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

The Role:

To effectively manage your own diary and caseload of QCF learners to ensure that learners are engaged, retained and on course for completion of learning aims. To assist learners in gaining their qualification and functional skills certificates.

An ideal Assessor will have the following skills and qualifications:

• A1 award or equivalent
• Good IT, Maths and English qualification
• Patience and ability to think quickly and under pressure
• Ability to network and positively represent the company
• Sign up of new learners
• Strong diary management skills
• Clean driving licence and available car to use for work
