They are looking to hire an HR Assistant, a busy and varied opportunity!. Their 2,000+ associates work globally to support their demanding clients, in areas such as market and competitive intelligence, discovery, legal process outsourcing (LPO), operating model transformation and back office redesign. They also excel in business support services such as IT, document processing, human resources and finance.

Position Objective

Support the business through the provision, streamlining and documenting of timely and accurate general HR Administration services.

Position Expectations
- Management of the HR inbox, ensuring queries received in the HR inbox are responded to within 2 working days, answering / escalating where appropriate
- Collate and maintain all Associate documentation and records (starters, leavers and changes etc)
- Point of contact for Associate queries regarding leave (holiday queries, information requests etc)
- Maintain monthly sickness absence report
- Assist Recruitment team with sifting potential candidates, collating references for new starters and inputting data into online system
- Support ad hoc HR projects as directed
- Deliver regular reports and metrics as required as well as ad-hoc requests
- Process monthly joiners and leavers - benefits
- Assist with payroll processing as needed

Hours of work: Monday to Friday either full time 37.5 or part time 30 hours a week

Salary: £21,500 FTE or part time pro rata
