Breakfast Chef de Partie Newbury Berkshire upto 20K Plus Tips
Breakfast Chef de Partie required for this Superb Hotel and Restaurant located in Berkshire. The Hotel has a good mix of Rosette standard Fine Dining, relaxed Brasserie, midweek corporate and weekend weddings.
The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie to run the breakfast shift taking responsibility for organising, ordering and cooking of Daily breakfasts for 50-100.
Duties will also include assisting in the main kitchen with some daily prep for both restaurant and functions. Shifts will normally be from 6.00am - 15.00.

Excellent Basic Salary upto GBP20,000 (Depending upon experience)

If you have relevant experience cooking to ideally 1-2 rosettes and you are looking for a fresh challenge as a Breakfast Chef de Partie.
To apply for the position you must be legally able to work in the UK/EU and be able to attend a working interview within the next 7-10 days
Chef Selection deal with a wide range of group owned and independent Hotels, Restaurants and Dining Pubs from 3 black Star to 5 Red Star. These include Multi Rosette and Michelin Properties, as well as many companies who just wish to serve good quality, freshly cooked, locally sourced and reasonably priced food without accolades
