Head Chef Kitchen Manager Luton Bedfordshire upto 30K Package
Head Chef / Kitchen Manager required for this group owned Pub Restaurant serving a nationally recognised menu serving all day dining starting with breakfast, lunch and Dinner with popular dishes such as Steaks, Chicken, Ribs, Burgers and Pizza.
They are looking for a motivated and organised chef who gets great satisfaction in producing mouth-watering dishes time after time and who has the patience and skills required to train, lead and inspire a team.
This position would suit somebody looking for a fresh challenge ideally with previous experience of working in a brand or group owned Hotel, Restaurant or Pub. The Restaurant has a plenty of scope to increase revenue allowing you to make your mark and has a small team that need a leader This position may suit a strong Sous Chef looking to step up and run their own kitchen.
As Head Chef you will be responsible the day to day running of your kitchen and everything that goes with that from organising rotas, organising prep lists, ordering supplies ensuring the hygiene records are fully maintained and the kitchen is making the correct profit and food standards are maintained.
This is a hands-on role and you will be involved in service every day, part of your duties will include training and motivating your team ensuring their on-going training is completed.
There is no live in for this position so candidates need to live in the Luton, Dunstable or Hitchin area with their own transport if required.
In return the restaurant is part of a major national group and offers a wide range of optional ongoing training courses that are available for all employees to take part in if they wish to develop a wide range of skills and gain further promotion in the future including area, regional and group level positions
