General Manager vacancy: Ember Inns are looking for a General Manager to run the Frogshole Farm in Crawley.
It has had a major refurbishment in the last 18 months and it is a wonderful pub with an amazing beer garden. Our General Manager will see the that the potential for this pub is enormous so we are looking for someone who wants to drive the business while looking after the team and delighting the guests within.
General Manager role:
Managing and training your team
Ensuring our guests are cared for to the highest standards
Provide excellent customer experiences, acting as a host
Working towards and achieving business targets
Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
