Marketing Assistant

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication, organisational and customer-facing skills to support the Communications Manager. Previous experience is essential along with an interest in all things digital including web, social media and design.

Duties will include:

• Design and produce in house marketing materials/patient literature e.g. forms, leaflets, email templates, price lists, posters, stationary, brochures, window graphics etc
• Update existing literature into email format where necessary
• Manage, produce and update Queensway before and after book/welcome book etc
• Manage and update content on the practice websites including:
• The social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• News stories, blogs etc
• Update websites we have a presence on e.g. NHS choices, what clinic etc
• Liaise with clinical team regarding case studies, patient testimonials, photo’s etc
• Contact, liaise with and meet/speak to patients to produce testimonials (written and video) and arrange patient photo shoots
• Create patient feedback reports and produce ways to display and feedback to the practice team
• Produce reports to aid marketing campaigns
• Assist with organising events, booking courses, accommodation and travel for the dental team
• Flexible with duties to ensure the smooth running of the practice

Qualifications required:

• Knowledge of maintaining databases, website, online marketing skills.
• Degree in marketing related subject would be preferred.

Experience required:

• Relevant experience of working in marketing
• Ability to use design programmes such as Indesign and Photoshop
• Familiar with content management systems
• Excellent social media skills
• Effective communication skills
