Internal Sales Co-ordinator, Basingstoke, Hampshire

We are recruiting for an Internal Sales Co-ordinator on behalf of a leading electronics manufacturer in Basingstoke. The successful candidate will be responsible for In House Sales accounts working within a busy sales environment, be confident on the telephone and have a commercial awareness.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Working with customers as well as the external Sales team to secure new and repeat business.
  • Reviewing Sales accounts and being pro-active with regards annual contracts and purchase order repeats.
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
  • Working with the Engineering and Quality teams to support customer requirements
  • Providing pre and after Sales assistance
  • Looking to grow and increase House Sales accounts.
  • Producing and reviewing all Sales quotes before they are issued to the customer.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Effective time Management
  • Able to deal with customers in a Technical environment
  • A good Technical understanding of electronic Sub Contract Manufacturing (CEM)
  • Experienced in the use of Word and Excel
  • Previous experience of MRP.
