Post: Nursery Manager / Assistant Manager – (2 day Nursery Manager & 3 day Assistant Manager)

Busy Bees Ryhope Village nursery is an OUTSTANDING private day nursery situated in Ryhope Village between St Pauls School and Ryhope Engines Museum. We Provide childcare for children from birth to 5 years with an addition of an afterschool club run every afternoon and a holiday club running during all school holidays catering for children from 5 to 11 years.  All playrooms have access to our exciting and spacious gardens which our children love to explore in all weathers. 

As a Nursery Manager/Assistant Manager, you will already know that no two days in a nursery are the same!

The Nursery Manager/Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall management of the nursery setting in order to ensure the legal and curriculum requirements are met in line with Busy Bees’ policies and procedures ultimately; the Nursery Manager/Assistant Manager has a duty of care for all children who have joined the Nursery. The motivational quality in the development of staff is also an integral skill we are looking for when selecting our Nursery Manager as well as a strong communicator and methodical, well practiced organiser.
