SITE MANAGER

Salary scale 6, points 26-28: £23,166-£24,717 plus contractual overtime

37 hours a week, 52 weeks a year plus 13 weekends

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and proactive Site Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to manage and contribute to the development of the College buildings and grounds. The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of caretaking and cleaning staff, liaise with contractors, carry out routine repairs and maintenance, and promote the efficient use of resources. You will ideally have experience in a similar role and be a good all-rounder with a hands-on approach.
