£28,841 per annum

(£26,333 during probationary period)

Based in Chelmsford, we are a leading provider of quality and affordable housing across Essex.

Using your knowledge of housing markets, including affordable sales schemes, a excellent communication/IT skills, you will be responsible for marketing new build shared ownership and open market developments for sales and lettings. You will achieve sales targets while complying with relevant funding/planning requirements and demonstrate an innovative approach to evaluating and negotiating sales within current eligibility criteria and within budget. In addition, you will carry out affordability assessments, prepare instructions for legal / valuation professionals, and compile financial completion statements.

With proven skills in a related field, you should be able to work on your own initiative and demonstrate excellent attention to detail, together with strong communication, organisational and IT skills. The use of a vehicle for work purposes is essential, for which a business mileage rate will be paid, and some out of hours working may be required.

The salary difference during probation will accrue and a backdated payment made on successful completion of the probationary period.
