LOROS Hospice is a local charity and every year we care for over 2,500 people across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. We deliver free, high-quality, compassionate care and support to terminally ill patients, their family and carers.

Mobile Resource Driver/Information & Support Officer
Competitive Salary
15 hours per week

We are seeking to recruit two self-motivated and enthusiastic people to drive and support our new mobile resource throughout Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. You will be responsible for providing information to those accessing the mobile resource and assisting other LOROS staff and volunteers who are offering services and support. In addition you will be required to set up, disassemble and maintain the vehicle.

The successful candidates must have a driving licence including category D, be flexible and possess excellent communication skills. Confidence in dealing with people is essential, as is the ability to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team.
