We're the UK's leading telecommunications company, and you'll be part of a brand new team of 200 experts who are optimising and enhancing our customers' home entertainment experience. The role As an In-Home Connectivity Expert, you'll transform confusion into comprehension. First, you'll get our customers online, by installing and demonstrating broadband products and services. This will involve combining cutting-edge tools with your ability to think outside the box, to diagnose issues and maximise broadband and Wi-Fi connectivity in the home. Next, you'll demonstrate what's possible to the customer, in fun and inspirational ways. You'll take the fear and complexity out of technology, and support customers who might not otherwise know how to get the most out of their products. Most of all, our In-Home Connectivity Experts are focused on making sure every customer receives a fully optimised Sky experience, every time. Your skills You'll be the kind of person who turns to technology for fun in your free time. You'll have a real passion for tech, will be eager to get your hands on all the latest innovations, and will have a natural curiosity for how things work. 'Just enough' isn't good enough for you. You'll be inquisitive, open minded and willing to go the extra mile to identify, understand, and fix what's broken. In short, you're a natural problem solver. On top of strong technical diagnostic skills, you'll also be a real people person. Not only will you make sure everything works properly, but you'll be a charismatic communicator who can simply and clearly explain to customers how it all works. And as you'll be visiting them in their homes, it's important that you're highly organised, self-driven and can manage your own time too.
