Agency Sales Manager - Media Owner - Salary (GBP30,000 - GBP45,000)

The Company

Our client has a technology platform that supports the online video based business models of advertisers, publisher, and creators, from advertising to content solutions. Their mission is to deliver the right video to the perfect audience everywhere in the world and on every known media platform.

They are seeking highly motivated sales candidates with demonstrable experience in digital media sales. The role is an Agency Sales Manager position and requires an client- facing individual who has experience within the industry with working knowledge of London media agencies, trading desks and clients with a network of current contacts

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to be part of an already well established company in Italy who are looking to grow internationally. The role itself is and Agency Sales Manager position, with great opportunities to progress to Director level and beyond.

The Job

Key responsibilities are to prospect, pitch and close business, selling both in-stream, out-stream and native campaigns to agencies and their trading desks as well as occasionally, client direct.

  • Develop direct client business

  • Present our offering to media agencies and clients

  • Support and develop entire agency portfolio to ensure excellent understanding of their products

  • Significant proven successful experience in sales/commission-based role ideally in a media sales capacity to leading advertising agencies

  • Demonstrable experience of successful digital sales (mobile and/or video experience are preferred)

  • Personal and/or business network in place with agency/client contacts

  • Proven track record of successfully growing revenue through the development of long-term relationships

  • Attend Industry and networking events

You

  • A positive , outgoing and presentable individual

  • Authoritative and approachable in nature and be able to demonstrate a knowledge of successful sales processes

  • Demonstrable experience of successful digital sales (mobile and/or video experience are preferred)

  • Working knowledge of London media agencies, trading desks and clients with a network of current contacts

  • Confident and experienced in selling to professionals on all levels, someone with a passion for sales

  • A driven individual who is able to form positive customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service to customers

  • Resilient and able to thrive in a pressured environment

  • Able to Identify and develop new business opportunity

  • Able to work to tight deadlines and work closely within a small team

  • Ability to be creative and pull together ideas and concepts in response to "media briefs" from clients

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
