A global media communications Programmatic Business Unit is looking for a Head of Client Solutions to play the lead in the adoption and integration of the networks programmatic products and services into their lead agencies.
Within the EMEA region, the programmatic business unit operates in 30 countries servicing the global and local accounts. This International Programmatic team based in London lead centrally managed multi-market campaigns and also support strategy and best practice for their largest regional clients including the likes of Sony Pictures, McDonalds, Pepsi, Carlsberg, Qantas, Disney, & VW.
The role will own the overall business growth and planning output of the international programmatic team and support EMEA business growth and planning projects.
Programmatic solutions leadership across the groups International agencies and client base
Lead international business growth and adoption of programmatic products & services
Responsible for revenue and overall offering profitability of programmatic services across International agencies
Responsible for quality of programmatic strategies and client/agency relationships
Lead team approach across the following areas: strategy development, project management, campaign activation/optimisation, analytics & insights
Regional / global programmatic strategy for leading accounts
Provide strategic insight to develop long term execution plans from client's stated business objectives and implement those plans
Work with product lead to seek and evaluate new product opportunities to deliver on client needs
Responsible for maximising revenue growth and commercial performance of team
Work with agency leads to prepare client specific presentations, new business opps, proposal, sales pipeline on a proactive basis
Supports EMEA and global business in leading initiatives related to business and client expansion
10+ years of account experience in media, marketing, advertising or technology support
7+ years programmatic / addressable media experience
Skilled at solving and explaining complex problems and also providing innovative solutions
Self-starter, capable of setting goals and reporting progress against them
Experience in developing a team to become high performing and culturally positive team to be a part on
Strong understanding of analytics and data modelling
