Our client is a leading global travel brand looking to grow their central London analytics team. With over 20 million customers a year and staff operating in 17 countries globally our clients are one of the most respected and well recognised in the industry! They have created this new role which will be central to the continued growth and success of this business.
To provide an understanding of marketing performance and customer behaviour across the three airline websites
Analyse customer journeys and identify where the optimum route is not taken and the reasons behind this
Contribute to the implementation of third party tagging for digital marketing
Deliver reports to key stakeholders in clear and concise terms demonstrating the websites performance
Analyse historic trends and match external sources of data including eCRM and customer surveys to Google Analytics data
2+ years' experience within web analytics role
Experience with web analytics tools, Google Analytics etc.
Usage of tag management solutions, particularly Google Tag Manager
Understanding customer journey through website
