As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will be working for a leading Advertising Technology business that manages the rich media and video campaigns for the world's largest advertisers. My client are the leading global Ad Server and serves over a billion impressions a month. They have recently launched their mobile proposition in the UK also and it has been very successful so far. My client are based in Central London with offices throughout the US, Africa, Asia and the Middle East, along with Europe. My client effectively utilises consumer insight and analysis to better target potential customers. They offer clients the chance to serve advertisements across media owners programmatically, as well as across display, video, mobile and tablet.
My client has grown rapidly in the past 2 years, and they are looking to add a Campaign Manager to work alongside a team of Ad Operations Traffickers, Account Managers and Client Service Executives. They utilise leading Technology which Media Agencies and brands direct to deliver the highest Return on Investment (ROI) on media campaigns. This team is looking to hire an experienced Ad Operations Executive or Campaign Manager with at least 2 year's experience within a media owner, publisher, network, media agency, agency trading desk or ad technology business.
Lead the complete online ad campaign process from beginning to end - campaign set up on proprietary platform, delivery of media plans, traffick tags, etc
Manage all troubleshooting of any queries and issues that arise
Managing relationships with Media & Creative Agencies, and Media Owners to ensure successful and smooth delivery of all campaigns
Manage client relationships to build trust and manage expectations appropriately - deliver above and beyond expectations
Escalate problems to the correct teams - e.g. technical account managers, development team
Managing multiple campaigns at one time, and meeting client deadlines while offering the highest level of service
Educate client's on the proposition and products, and how this is beneficial to grow business and revenue
Be the main point of contact for a number of agencies, attending client briefings and agreeing on KPI's
Instil a pro-active approach and transfer this 'can do' attitude throughout the team
Act as a mentor to junior members of the team
Attend meetings with the Commercial team to help with how the campaign management team is beneficial
Look after the billing process of campaigns
You will have 2 - 3 years' experience in ad serving and ad operations in ad technology, agency or publisher background
Experience in key ad serving platforms - DFA, Mediamind or Flashtalking experience is preferable, along with experience working with third party tags
An extensive Digital Media ecosystem knowledge
Experience growing client relationships and managing clients
BA/ BSc required
Experience with third party tags
Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and meet client KPI's
Experience with Flash and HTML advantageous
