Salary & Benefits:GBP20,000 entry level (negotiable depending on experience) base salary plus uncapped commission. OTE 1 GBP40,000, OTE Y2 GBP60,000, OTE Year 3 GBP100K+.

The Role:Recruitment Consultancy is a 2 way sales role where you will be selling to both clients and candidates. You will be cold-calling companies to find new job roles to work on. You will then have to find candidates to fill this role through head-hunting, advertising, networking and LinkedIn. This is a direct sales role where you will have targets and KPI's to reach. It is a tough role but you will be well rewarded for your hard work.
