The Learning and Development team are responsible for developing management and leadership capability across the group as well as ensuring that all colleagues are ready and confident to migrate to our New Acquiring Platform (NAP).

NAP is an end-to-end group of systems that enables us to manage and service all our customers - this includes everything from how we set them up, to how we manage their queries, process their transactions and provide them with insight to help them prosper.

We are currently recruiting for 1 Training Associates who will be responsible for the design and delivery of training required by colleagues as they transition onto the new platform for our Financial Accounting Department, as well as assisting other Training Associates when needed. This role is key to ensuring business readiness and involves working closely with key business stakeholder to design and deliver training which will enable the successful and confident transition of colleagues from Legacy systems onto NAP.

How will you add value on a day to day basis?

As a Training Associate, you will be responsible for owning and driving the training design and delivery for specific areas. You will work with subject matter experts and Business Service Owners (BSO's) across the teams to update the training needs analysis and translate new procedures and processes into meaningful, engaging and effective blended development interventions (face to face training/E-learning content, huddle packs etc).

Lastly, you will be responsible for building excellent relationships across the business, especially with the BSO's and establish credibility during this transition.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

This role requires someone who has proven experience of design and delivery of systems training in a high volume operational environment going through significant and incremental change. You will have undertaken training needs analysis in complex environments and be able to execute effective delivery across the business.

You will have excellent communication skills, be adept at building and maintaining relationships across all levels and pragmatic in balancing training needs and business challenges. The ideal candidate will be agile and resilient in coping with ambiguity and change as the programme moves forward.
