Affinity Relationship Manager - Birmingham - Financial Services - up to GBP55,000 + car + bonus - 12 month Fixed Term Contract
A leading Financial Services Organisation based in South Birmingham. The organisation has grown rapidly through acquisitions and organic growth.
We're looking for a forward thinking Business Development Manager, to develop, implement and manage our client's affinity business propositions and marketing campaigns. To manage and enhance the key relationships they hold with their chosen affinity partners and to lead Customer strategy initiatives to manage their conduct risk, improve customer outcomes and maximise customer strategy profit
*Manage Affinities and appointed IFA(s) advice providers through effective relationship management to ensure delivery of the customer proposition and sales targets, profit targets, service levels, quality, TCF and compliance requirements are met.
*Development of propositions to offer affinity products to customers including working on the identification and selection of new partners
*Develop plans with the Customer Oversight Team to ensure that business forecasts are met through effective promotion & cross sales strategies
*Identify strategic initiatives to increase the profitability of Customer Strategy.
Key skills and experience
*Ability to negotiate at a senior level;
*Senior sales and/or marketing management experience;
*Good written and verbal communication skills;
*Good relationship management skills;
