Digital Paid Media Specailist
I am currently looking for an experienced Digital Marketing professional, having had a lot of exposure to PPE and Paid Media, to join my clients leading global organisation as their Digital Paid Advertising Specialist (Social, Display & Paid Search).
Joining our digital team, you will have a passion for all things digital and engaging customers and potential customers online. Your main objective is to work with Business Divisions to develop Paid Media Campaigns and Activity briefs (stand alone or as part of broader integrated campaigns) & enable execution through an agency model. You will establish KPI's to track performance and communicate to stakeholders in a manner that both informs and drives action. Working alongside the West Europe Paid Media Leader, you will provide thought-leadership as an expert in your field.
Responsibilities to include;
*Act as internal consultant to business marketers, pro-actively increasing business knowledge of the role of Digital Paid Media throughout the entire customer journey and advising on campaign briefs.
*To oversee Digital Paid Media activity (social, search and display) through external agencies, developing and reviewing optimisation recommendations and commentary to ensure delivery of campaign objectives against budget
*Personally implement multi-channel Digital Paid Media activities for test and learn purposes
*Analyse, adjust and report key metrics on an ongoing basis. Demonstrate an ROI focus and an aptitude for how to optimise paid media for maximum return
*Evaluate and advise on paid media opportunities on Marketplace and e-channels
Key Skills Required;
*Good understanding and practical experience of Digital Paid Media operations and campaign management across Social, Search and display
*A solid understanding of when to adopt different paid media tactics in the customer journey and in broader integrated campaigns
*Exceptional communications skills with internal team members and external agency contacts - ability to develop and customise audience, geography and channel (eg email, Skype, video conference, F2F) appropriate materials and messages
*Driven to keep current with industry trends and emerging digital channels and technologies.
*Able to interact and influence internal business stakeholders, outside media companies and vendors on a daily basis.
*Experience in developing strong agency partnerships and delivering on objectives
*Google AdWords and Analytics qualifications would be preferable
*Experience in Amazon Marketing Services a bonus
