Arc IT Recruitment are a highly successful, busy technology consultancy and we are now looking to expand the team with an additional Junior Consultant.

We would ideally look for candidates with previous experience of the recruitment sector, ideally within IT although other industries will be considered strongly.

This role will see you working closely with a senior consultant and offers a lot of training to progress your knowledge, experience and duties within the role.

You will look to start by resourcing roles, learning our clients and candidate processes before progressing after a few months into working on warm vacancies provided by the company, then leading into business development and broader consultancy responsibilities from there.

Duties include:

• Sourcing relevant candidates through external job boards
• Arranging Interviews
• Candidate management
• Related administration and keeping the recruitment system (Bullhorn) updated
• Uploading and advertising new vacancies
• Management of the full recruitment life cycle (After 3-6 months)
• Business Development from cold and warm leads (After 6-9 months)
