Overall purpose of role:

  • Process payment in and out instructions via multiple payment systems
  • Verify payment in and out instructions via multiple payment systems

Key Accountabilities and Skills required:

  • Produce accurate work in line with departmental targets
  • Work to deadlines, meeting departmental productivity targets
  • Follow team procedures
  • Comply fully to mandatory and regulatory obligations within the department

Stakeholder management.

  • Calls from internal clients
  • Query handling via email
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Escalate issues within a timely manner

Decision making and problem solving.

  • Meet team and department SLA's
  • Work individually and as part of a team
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes
  • Adopt changes to processes and systems
