Our client is currently recruiting for a Marketing, Sales Support role. This role is to oversee the marketing and provide sales support in a fast moving signage company based solely within the sports market providing services throughout the UK and Europe, in accordance with agreed business plans and strategy.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

-Review, assess, improve and develop the short, medium and long term marketing and communication strategies of the business.
-Analyse effectiveness and drive ROI of all marketing activities
-Brand management
-Review, research, assess and develop with a view to overhaul the online and social media strategy of the business
-Contribute to sales initiatives, by streamlining our existing database, direct marketing evolving our lead generation campaigns and prospecting/ sales calls as directed from time to time.
-Participate and contribute effectively to sales team meetings
-Working with the internal team to implement the company's values and goals
-Supervising and motivating team members
-Liaise and attend meetings for performance improvement which aid business and organisational development
-Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills

Key Competencies:

-Experience in marketing in a B2B environment
-Planning and organizing
-Proven track record in executing marketing campaigns to generate leads
-Experience in website and social media management
-Communication skills
-Excellent copywriting skills with experience in collateral creation
-Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
-Time management
-Attention to detail
-Influencing, leading and Team work


-Marketing qualification or proven skills
-Design qualification or proven skills desirable
