An opportunity has arisen to join them as a key member of their Capital Sales team, which handles high value orders for capital equipment as well as installations and servicing. This is an interesting, varied and challenging role in a very busy team, which will appeal to candidates who are hardworking, versatile and resilient and who enjoy working in a friendly and supportive environment.

The role - main responsibilities
customer quotes, orders and associated documentation are created and processed accurately and in a timely manner
quotes are followed up within a stipulated timeframe
customer emails and phone calls are dealt with promptly and effectively
the administration of the servicing programme is managed efficiently
deliveries of orders are properly co-ordinated
all project files and databases are kept up to date

The person ??? key skills and personal qualities
Sound knowledge of general administration processes and good IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
High level of literacy and numeracy
Several years??? experience in high pressure administration role/s
Strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good time management and sound organisational skills
Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Calm under pressure
Enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach
Ability to work on own initiative
Good interpersonal skills
