Senior HR Advisor
Job Title: Senior HR Advisor
Duration: Fixed term 6 months
We immediately require an experienced HR generalist to 'hit the ground' running in offering first line support and advice to managers on the end to end disciplinary and grievance processes, absence and performance management, recruitment.
Working within a small HR team you will manage a busy caseload and undertake ad hoc project work to support the Head of HR. Payroll and training experience is advantageous but not essential.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Qualified or working towards CIPD Level 7
- Possess a strong general HR background supporting managers on all aspects of people and performance management
- Solution focussed
- IT literate in Microsoft Office Packages includine Word, Excel and Outlook
- An effective communicator with the ablility to quickly build strong working relationships
