Our client is a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation.They are officially "good" and aim to be an "outstanding" educational provider in the next two years.

They are looking to appoint a multi-skilled administrator to our team in Osborne Street. The Distance Learning Unit engages approximately 1000 learners at any one time and the administrative role is vital in ensuring that the learners' experience is a positive one. This varied and demanding role involves dealing with learner and employer enquiries both over the phone and face to face, the processing of learners work and feedback in a timely manner, maintaining up to date internal moderation plans and records, inputting data to pro-solution, timely registration of learners and claiming of certificates, delivery of local inductions.

You will need excellent customer service skills, the ability to prioritise competing demands on your time to ensure quality standards are met, to process information with attention to detail and to be flexible and well organised.
