Trainer/Assessor - Plastering & Maintenance Operations
£23,000 per annum pro rata plus a £5,000 Market Supplement pro rata (Actual Salary £11,500 per annum plus Market Supplement of £2,500 per annum))
18.5 hours per week / 52 weeks per year
The College is looking to recruit a Trainer / Assessor - Plastering & Maintenance Operations.
The successful candidate will; undertake signup and complete an initial assessment of learners, carry out reviews as well as provide instruction, guidance and support to learners and assess candidates' performance against agreed standards. You will assist with the internal verification process, implementing and maintaining the College policies and procedures.
The essential criteria for this vacancy is a Level 3 qualification in the relevant sector area. You will also have recent relevant commercial or industrial experience within the occupational area and experience of coordinating competence based programmes and liaising with work based providers/employers. Although we would require the successful applicant to hold an A1 Assessor award we are willing to train the right applicant
