Director of Quality & Compliance
Derby College is looking for a Director of Quality and Compliance
This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational leader to provide excellence in leadership and management of quality and standards, including, quality improvement systems and procedures.
The successful candidate will possess a master degree, strong data analysis and excellent reporting writing skills. You will be proficient in IT and have excellent interpersonal/ management skills, the successful candidate will have knowledge centred on outstanding inspection results and national quality standards.
The post-holder will manage quality processes and procedures to secure improvements and high achievements and will play an essential role in our journey to 'Outstanding'. Reporting to the Deputy Principal - Education and Learner Experience you will work closely with the Heads of Colleges and the executive team in assisting in producing strategic and operational plans and providing corporate advice to the Governing Body, in line with the College's Vision, Mission and Values.
