Main duties:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Network Marketing professional with an interest in an international career to invest in a company that will give back as much as you put in and more.
They are looking for someone to use their networking and social skills in collaboration with their business and marketing acumen to excel and be the corporate face conquering new horizons.

The role:
•    Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing Independent Business Owners
•    Pro-actively plan a strategic recruitment tactic and program to recruit new IBOs and create your own team
•    Build and train your own team of Independent Business Owners to become Brand Ambassadors
•    Manage and implement personal diary of appointments to promote company growth through Network Marketing, Social Media, Social Networking, etc…
•    Maintain an up to date client portfolio to ensure client relations and quality communication
•    Pro-actively attend any relevant workshops, exhibitions or shows in order to approach and promote to potential clients
•    Set personal targets and goals to work to and devise a strategic plan of action to achieve them
•    Analyse social and geographical trends to target marketing and sales programs
•    Lead and manage Marketing Campaigns to increase customer loyalty and client retention
•    Analyse and forecast in order to manage your budget and department expenses
•    Submit activity reports when required and maintain a record of your cost statistics
•    Travel when required to in order to hold recruitment opportunity and training meetings

•    Fluent in English (written & spoken) – ESSENTIAL
•    Fluent in German/French/Italian/Spanish/Dutch (written & spoken) - DESIRABLE
•    Previous experience in the MLM/Network Marketing industry – ESSENTIAL
•    Experience in recruitment - ESSENTIAL
•    Experience using Social Media channels to advertise
•    Knowledge of international markets
•    Proven successful target related sales experience
•    Strong sales, negotiation and conflict management skills
•    Strong analytical skills
•    Excellent communication & organisational skills
•    Excellent presentation and composure
•    Dynamic, creative, self-motivated and pro-active personality

Up to £50,000 + commission (OTE £80,000) + healthcare
