Due to continued expansion Persimmon North West part of Persimmon plc, one of the UK’s leading house builders, now require a number of experienced Site Managers for our new developments within the North West.

You will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, including the management of subcontractors, inspections of work being undertaken on site, customer care and liaising with the sales department and much more. Your focus will always be on delivering the highest quality homes on time and to budget. Drive and ambition are of paramount importance!

You must hold the appropriate Manager’s CSCS card together with up-to-date SMSTS, First Aid at Work and Scaffolding Awareness certificates as an absolute minimum. The package will reflect the importance of these positions and only applications from experienced Managers with a proven track record, preferably by working for a volume house builder within the construction industry, will be considered.
