Due to continuing business success and growth we now have a fantastic opportunity available for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Taunton. Working Monday to Friday, 37.5 Hours per week.

In return for your hard work as our Customer Service Assistant, you can expect to receive a salary of £18,000 - £21,000 per annum with a range of benefits.

Due to continuing business success and growth we now have a fantastic opportunity available for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Taunton. Working Monday to Friday, 37.5 Hours per week.
Customer Service Assistant key responsibilities:
- Assist with day to day administration requirements as directed by the Team Leader.
- Assist and cover other staff members roles if required.
- Take and manage calls and emails from customers to a satisfactory conclusion
- Make a log of all calls received using relevant systems.
- Ensure all telephone calls are answered within 3 rings.
- Support traffic controllers with booking in lift requirements as required.
- Assist with revenue ticket processing as required.
- Meet all deadlines.
- Complete monthly customer reports.
- Other duties as requested
The ideal Customer Service Assistant:
- Keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work to targets and deadlines.
- Ability to build long lasting relationships with customers via telephone.
- Ability to produce quality reports and management data as required.
