Role: Executive Personal Assistant
Our Client, a leading IT Managed Service Provider based in London and Milton Keynes is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assistant to the CEO Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture business opportunities passing into departments
- Task manage Directors in line with Business Drivers
- Provide Executive Support to the CEO Office
You will be responsible for:
Task Management
- Task manage Directors: To ensure completion of key tasks, making company targets visible with use of internal systems
- Business Drivers: Task manage Directors to improve Business Driver status; support CEO and work with COO to manage Business Drivers
- Processes: Support Directors to maintain and update processes as required
- Reporting: Reporting on resource pipeline, Towers, utilisation and other reports as required
Diary/Event Management
- Diary: Manage the CEO's diary, arrange meetings including booking rooms/equipment etc., arrange conference calls
- Events: Organise company and hospitality events
Sales and Marketing
- Social Media: Manage and maintain the social media on behalf of the CEO, ensuring online branding is maintained to company standards
- Marketing: Support the business to drive Marketing activity forward on behalf of the CEO
- Sales: Ensure sales information/activity is recorded into the CRM in a timely manner
- Reporting: produce and maintain dashboards for the Directors
Other tasks
- Admin Support: Provide administrative support to the CEO as well as carry out a range of clerical & secretarial duties
- Minute Taking: Take and type up agendas and minutes for the CEO
- Correspondence: Deal with correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Reporting: As required
Education/Experience:
Essential
- Previous sales/marketing experience or exposure
- Experience working with an entrepreneur
- Experience working with CRMs
Desirable
- Experience of IT/Professional services
- Knowledge of recruitment
- Good working knowledge of SEO/Social Media/personal and company branding
- Previous experience volunteering or working with charities
