Working as an Interim HR Manager within a global solutions organisation you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support and guidance across the business.
Ideally you will have experience of the following;
- General HR issues; redundancies, dismissals and change management (including TUPE and pension issues)
- Experience covering UK and European employment law and practises
- Development of HR policies and procedures
- Leading and managing HR teams, offering both support and development.
