GROUP TALENT MANAGER, 70- 80K, LONDON
This global investment bank are looking for a group talent manger, who will contribute to the development of the talent policies and framework throughout the organisation. The successful candidate will be seen as a strong leader and specialist in the talent arena.
Key Responsibilties:
- Supports the design and implementation of group wide talent policies
- Succession Planning and Work force planning throughout the organisation
- Ad hoc operational and talent management reporting
Key Skills:
- University degree advantageous
- Knowledgable with regards to the full talent cycle on a global scale.
- Background in financial services preferable
- Ability to work in Matrix organisations
- Experience managing global end to end projects for large amounts of data
