Business Development Manager
WBRS are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager for a leading provider of video-based learning, based in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning company, selling an innovative product in a non-corporate environment.
They currently require a driven individual who has experience in new business development, and is searching for a role which will develop into a hybrid position. This would require someone who is able to work off both warm and cold leads, and be able to sell in an articulate and consultative approach. This is also great opportunity for someone who is looking to move away from a purely telesales role, and into a position with face-to-face sales and building lasting relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Highly motivated and target motivated
- Confident in a consultative sales approach
- Have 2 years minimum experience in sales, with a consistent record of meeting targets
- Being able to manage and maintain accurate forecast and sales pipeline
