MS Dynamics NAV Support

My growing Client in near to Northampton are looking for a Dynamics NAV Support consultant who would like to move from Support into consultancy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Support and Project Co-Ordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of ERP projects from inception to conclusion providing administrative support where required.

Specific Duties

Main Duties & Responsibilities

To co-ordinate and manage the documentation requirements of an ERP project throughout the system development lifecycle.

To co-ordinate internal Resource and Client availability so meetings, testing, training events are managed effectively with all participants being involved.

To report project process in the agreed format to stakeholders within the relevant project.

To document outcomes of meetings, and events and follow up to ensure actions are assigned and completed.

To collate and report on development support/resource within the company and manage workload schedules for team members.

To undertake ad hoc administration and support tasks as required by Management.

To provide first line NAV support for Clients when required.

Understand new application requirements and perform relevant testing prior to delivery.

To manage and document user acceptance testing.

Required Skills

Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV is beneficial.

Experience in a support role beneficial.

A desire to become a Navision Consultant over time would be beneficial.

Good communication skills are a must both with the Client and with the internal Team.

Must have the ability to understand, define, document and maintain business processes in a medium to large organisation.

Must show initiative to solve problems and take ownership of tasks and problems.

Excellent documentation and administrative skills.

Fluency in English both verbal and written is mandatory.

Based in Northamptonshire, but regular travel to Central London.
