They are now recruiting for a Part-Time HR Business Partner to become a key member of the team based at the offices in Fareham with travel to the Netherlands. The role will be the equivalent of up to 40% of full time and for an initial fixed term of 6-12 months.

Reporting to the Director HR, Development & Training, you will be responsible for providing a full, timely and proactive HR service to the business.

You will work closely with the Managing Director, aligning the company's HR strategy to key business objectives whilst building effective working relationships with the key stakeholders within the business.

They are looking for a candidate who has:
- A degree level qualification in Human Resources or other relevant field and chartered membership of the CIPD (or be working towards it)
- Experience in an HR generalist/HR management capacity
- Solid understanding of UK employment law
- Knowledge of international employment law would be an advantage (specifically Dutch law for this role)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills

Travel to the Netherlands office will be required on a fairly regular basis, as well as travel to the other company locations as necessary. Additional occasional overseas travel may be required to support business initiatives.

Salary will be pro-rata and commensurate with experience. Benefits include DC pension scheme with up to 10% employers contribution, 20 days' holiday per year plus 3 additional days between Christmas and New Year, life assurance, permanent health insurance, participation in the Employee Benefit Trust profit sharing scheme and performance-related bonus.
