Our client is looking to recruit a ‘Home based’ Relief Farm Manager, required to travel to various sites within the Northamptonshire region.

Your Main Relief Manager duties will include:
  • The successful candidate will be flexible, to give support across our farms, covering holidays, sickness and work demand.
  • Be responsible for the day to day running of various farms and must ensure bird welfare, health and safety, optimum hygiene and catching standards are all met and maintained.
  • Maintaining and updating bio-security measures is also imperative.
  • Normal working hours are Monday to Saturday, 8.00 to 17.00 (48 hours per week)
Key Skills & Experience required from the Main Relief Manager:
  • Applicants must have a full clean driving licence and will ideally have some experience working with livestock or poultry; however this is not essential as full training will be given.
  • To be successful in this role you will have the ability to work as part of a team as well as have the initiative to work alone.
  • You will also have good organisational skills and be an effective communicator.
