Vacancies exist for two Clerical Assistants based in the Records Department at the Union’s Manchester Office. The positions are Grade 1, salary range £21,064 pa rising to £24,861 pa after 4 years’ service.
The principal duties are: To maintain and control the Union’s membership database ensuring information is up-to-date and the members’ contribution positions are accurately recorded.
The successful applicants will possess: Well developed written and verbal communication skills; administrative skills; the ability to prioritise work in order to meet deadlines and IT skills, including word processing and the ability to use spreadsheets and databases.
