Housing Support Worker – Night Shift
£15,207 + 10% uplift for night work
Futures Assessment Centre, a project offering intensive support packages to homeless rough sleepers based across two centres, Dock House and Westbourne Avenue.
As a Housing Support Worker you will address individuals with complex/ chaotic issues to combat barriers to health and wellbeing with the ultimate aim of achieving independent living.
Who are we looking for?
• Have a thorough understanding of Homelessness
• Be familiar with person centred approaches to support
• Work positively with new demands and changes
• Have excellent organisational and communication skills
• Have the ability to work effectively as a team
