Our client is an Accountancy company based in Gravesend who are currently recruiting for a Data Scanner/Administrator/Receptionist to join their team.

Responsibilities include:

Answering of telephones and taking/forwarding of messages as appropriate.
Forwarding of office emails and fax server documents to appropriate staff.
Maintenance of office outlook calendar.
You will need to do some hospitality and sundry work as necessary such as offering and providing tea or coffee for client meetings or buying sundries for the office etc.
Scanning and summarisation of client document.
Uploading and downloading of files.
Deal with collection and return of client documentation on a timely basis ensuring that received documents are scanned and uploaded promptly as appropriate and the targets are met.
Ensure that missing information requests to clients are followed up and obtained from clients as quickly as possible and forwarded as appropriate.
Assist in maintaining and updating the client database as required.
