Thanks to continuing growth and expansion we are looking for an experienced, pro-active and logical thinker to join our Quality Management team. The role will have responsibility for the quality management system including the assurance and compliance with global quality systems regulation requirements ensuring that mandated processes are created, implemented and validated consistently across the company, 3rd party manufacturers and international distribution partners.
The position will be based from our Head Office in Leeds. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of relevant experience and have the ability to interact with and influence personnel at all levels of the company and external bodies.
·3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
·Excellent knowledge of quality system standards and regulations: ISO 9001, ISO 13485 (including the 2016 standard), and EU Medical Device Directive standards;
·Proven track record of relevant experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical quality assurance setting;
·Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant business discipline;
·Self-motivated, creative and delivery focussed;
·Excellent numerical skills;
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable but not essential:
·Knowledge of CmdCas Canada and FDA US standards;
·Competitive salary of £28-30k depending on experience;
