PE Teacher required for January

Randstad Education is currently working with a secondary academy in the Chelmsford area, who are looking to strengthen their PE faculty by appointing a male PE Teacher. The successful candidate would be working across the Key Stages, including Key Stage 5, so helping develop and deliver the curriculum for GCSE and A Level PE. The school are keen to raise attainment and consistently improve standards of teaching throughout the year groups.

In order to be considered for the position, an applicant will need:

*Qualified Teacher Status for English Secondary Schools with a focus on PE
*The ability to plan lessons and assess students' progress to the highest standard to maintain improvement
*To ensure they can meet the needs of all students regardless of level and ability
*Good communication skills and a desire to share best practice, all the while developing their own professional focus
*A good sense of humour, solid behaviour management skills and a track record for the consistent delivery of engaging lessons
