Salary: CH Scale 8 (£27,354 - £31,252)

6 Months Fixed Term Contract– 35 hours per week is advertising for a Customer Insight Officer on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in Didsbury.

An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Insight Officer who will be responsible for developing the customer satisfaction framework and using customer data to drive business performance and the Putting People First culture.

Duties will include using customer satisfaction data to understand how well the organisation delivers their services, using customer insight to identify improvement opportunities and deliver business objectives, and working with colleagues across the business to improve services.

The successful candidate will have experience of analysing data and using insight to develop services and be passionate about improving the experience for customers.

The role will play a key part in enabling the organisation to understand the needs of customers and the way they deliver services, and you will help to shape and improve the quality of customer information.

You will have a track record of developing positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and you will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for service improvement and to work with managers to shape service delivery.

The role will require the ability to write a range of formal reports and the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences. You will be a confident user of IT systems and be able to prioritise your workload in order to meet deadlines.
