Housingrecruit.com is advertising for a Performance Officer on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in Liverpool.
As Performance Officer, you will support the development and delivery of a performance management framework across the business. You will need to possess analytical skills and enjoy working within a data analysis environment. The role will give you an opportunity to work across all teams and you will be required to provide service managers with key performance data, in particular using covalent software, and identifying trends and analysis to help improve customer satisfaction and key services.
This post is currently offered on a 2-year fixed term contract at this time, however, it is anticipated that the post may become permanent in the future. Interviews to be held week commencing 31st October 2016.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of performance indicators. The role will require the ability to write a range of formal reports and be able to communicate at all levels appropriate to the audience.
You will be required to fully participate in the collation of key performance data and assist in the development of effective performance management monitoring and reporting systems. The Performance Officer must be able to prioritise their workload to tight deadlines.
Essential criteria for this role includes an understanding of covalent or similar data collection software, the ability to interpret data sets and use of SNAP or SPSS (or similar statistical software analysis), and Microsoft Excel.
