Our client has a number of Team Leader positions available in their Inclusion Services across Birmingham.
The Purpose of the role is to provide effective management, support and leadership of services provided by the organisations – ensuring safety and wellbeing of staff and customers and enabling access to accommodation and treatment services.
Title: Team Leader
Location: Inclusion Services, Birmingham
Salary: Up to £24,831 per annum after successful completion of probationary period
Hours: 39 hours per week Full Time
Contract Type: Permanent

You will work within our client's policies and procedures, and uphold the values and ethos of the organisation. Your role will be to ensure that all support is provided to customers appropriately whilst addressing cultural, complex and challenging needs.
You must have an understanding of the underpinning legislation, research networks and a good practice in the areas of homelessness and poverty.
