Senior Business Development Executive Fintech

Our client is an innovate Financial Services technology company who have developed a next generation Fintech platform. They are looking for exceptional Senior Business Development Executive that has strong entrepreneurial spirit with extensive selling experience and strong network within the Financial industry. An individual that is passionate about the future of financial services and the impact new technology will have on the banking industry.

Job Description -

Reporting to the CEO, the senior business development executive will be responsible to offer the solution to Financial services industry

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Identify new sales leads, pitching products, and maintaining strong relationships with existing/new customer in financial services industry
  • Face off to and introduce the solution to senior stakeholders (C-level)
  • Understanding the needs of different companies and learning who make decision about purchasing/signing off on Fintech within the company
  • Planning, overseeing, attending conferences, meeting and industry event to develop marketing strategy
  • preparing documentation, sales displays, developing proposals, and negotiation to achieve the sales target

The Successful Applicant:

  • At least 10 years in Sales management, Business development experienced in Fintech, or Financial Services industry
  • Must have experience in Retail Banking
  • A background in selling banking solutions. As this is a new product there is no preference to specific product or domain knowledge but selling banking product licences (Temenos, Sungard, Misys, Calypso, Avaloq, Sophis, Finacle, Fiserv, Cubwise etc or bespoke FSI products).
  • Strong track record in new business development
  • A Strong network within the FSI industry at decision making level.
  • Able to sell to both business and IT.
  • Strong leadership with excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience of selling to and managing relationships with financial service clients such as Banks, Asset Managers, Wealth Managers, insurance,
  • Drive and hunger to achieve results Independent, self-starter and initiator Entrepreneurial mindset with a great personality
